| Position Summary | Position Summary The Transfer & Transition StudentCenter (TTSC), under the direction of the Office of Advising Strategies (OAS),seeks a forward-thinking and student-centered professional who is passionateabout transforming the dual credit/concurrent enrollment, transfer, and branchtransition student experience from transactional to truly transformational.This role advances the institution’s commitment to making bachelor’s degreecompletion accessible, attainable, and empowering through proactive outreach,holistic advisement, and intentionally designed pathways. TTSC strives to create experiences thatfoster clarity, confidence, and connection. This role supports the evolution ofthe Center’s approaches to welcoming, supporting, and connecting transfer anddual credit students in alignment with research, data, and emerging highereducation trends to ensure transitions are both efficient and impactful. A central component of this work is theability to build and sustain strong, trust-based partnerships with secondaryschools, community colleges, and other higher education institutions. Bycultivating collaborative relationships and aligning shared goals, this rolehelps create seamless pathways that benefit students across educationalsystems. The successful candidate will bringadaptability, reflective practice, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Most importantly, they will foster an environment where dual credit andtransfer students feel valued, supported, and empowered to see themselves asfull members of the university community from their very first interaction. | Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
