The College of Arts and Sciences Advisement Center is very excited toannounce we are hiring. As an employee of this highly energetic andstudent oriented advisement center, you will be the first contact for manyof our students as you will be providing triage and referral academicadvisement to prospective and current students within the College of Artsand Sciences and the various departments served within.
This position is located in the front office area of our central advisementcenter. Although this advisor does not have assigned majors, he/sheprovides advisement related information and referrals to our 6,000+ studentpopulation. A&S prides itself on providing students with proper instructionson how to prepare, engage, and be accountable. This is a critically importantposition that will manage the flow of communication and direction for thecenter. This includes advisement documentation & forms, electroniccorrespondence including a new texting initiative, and student traffic triage.

Bachelor's degree; no previous experience required.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
