Located approximately 130 miles west of Albuquerque, NM, the UNM-Gallup Campus, Business & Applied Technology, Community Education & Workforce Development Division is seeking a self-directed candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team as an Admin Assistant 2.
This position will provide day-to-day administrative support for the three programs within the division which requires a range of skills and a knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Customer service experience is vital in this position as it will assist and direct visitors, and resolve administrative problems, and inquiries; compose, edit, and proofread correspondence and reports, and prepare a range of administrative documents.
|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
