| Position Summary | Performs a variety of administrative and staff supportduties for the Children's Campus department, which requires a range of skillsand a knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, programs, andphilosophy. Individuals will assist with staff and children's files, regulatoryrequirements, and accreditation requirements to remain in compliance with EarlyChildhood Education and Care Department requirements, Childcare Licensingregulations, and the National Association for the Education of Young ChildrenAccreditation criteria. This position also requires assisting and directingvisitors, staff, and families and providing support in resolving administrativeproblems and inquiries. Duties will include administrative support withcomposing, editing, and proofreading correspondence and reports, as well aspreparing a range of administrative documents relevant to department needs andevents. |

| Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
