The Office for Community Health in the Health Sciences Center is seeking an organized and detail oriented Administrative Assistant 2 to join our dynamic and highly collaborative team. This position will provide day-to-day administrative support to the main OCH office. The selected candidate will report to the Manager of Administrative Operations, but will serve all the programs within OCH.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
OCH is a large, progressive department with a diverse staff working to improve health and health equity through innovative projects, outreach and direct services, both at UNM-HSC and across NM. Through our collaborative work with communities, OCH supports the mission of the Health Sciences Center and University.
|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
