The University of New Mexico Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine is seeking a motivated, self-directed candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for fiscal and administrative functions associated with our department mission. Candidate will have fiscal responsibilities including purchasing & reconciliations, honorarium payments, and travel arrangements, and front office responsibilities including managing calendars, training verifications, lecture schedules, manage and maintain directories, and greeting/directing visitors, students, and other employees.

Conditions of Employment
  • If this position is assigned to the Athletics Department, either administratively or functionally, compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations is required.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
