Position Summary | The School of Medicine's Dean’s Office has an exciting opportunity for an innovative, detail oriented Administrative Assistant 3 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent customer service and communication skills. This individual will provide high-level administrative support to the Deans Office. Duties include:
This individual must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships, have superior judgement and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters and be a forward-looking thinker who can anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and take initiative. Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
