Position Summary

The Division of Endocrinology, within the Department of Internal Medicine, is seeking an Admin III to substitute for a Fellowship Coordinator and administrator. The Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism is an academically oriented division dedicated to excellence in patient care and research in endocrinology.

The Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism trains fellows, residents, and medical students in the area of adult endocrinology and metabolism and conducts research in the Endocrinology area. This person will serve as the educational assistant for the fellowship educational program within the Division of Endocrinology and function as admin support for four faculty members in the division. Duties would include experience working in an educational training program; experience with scheduling and organizing educational training, such as Journal Clubs, didactic schedules, and Case Conferences; experience with on-call schedules and clinic schedules; experience with Chrome River, Banner and MyReports; experience processing out-of-state travel requests and clinic cancellations for Faculty and Fellows.

Conditions of Employment

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to coordinate, organize, and revise multiple schedules
  • Experience with Fellowship Programs, including fellow application, selection, and evaluation
  • Experience with Chrome River
