|Working Title||Administrative Coordinator|
|Position Summary||Coordinates, oversees, and/or performs a wide variety of administrative, secretarial and program support activities on behalf of Vice President for Equity and Inclusion. Serves as primary point of operational and administrative contact for internal and external constituencies, often on complex and confidential issues. Coordinates the provision of office and staff support services to the office, and participates in coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects and/or events. Coordinates maintenance of VPEI’s calendar. Plans, coordinates, and revises written communications, including material for publication in newsletters, newspapers, magazines, or websites. Monitorsstudent staff time and enters time sheets for DEI and its units. Holds secondary PCard for office to be used to coordinate travel andpurchases for office as needed. Take minutes at DEI-led meetings and prepare summaries for team.|
|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
