We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join ouradministrative team. In this key role, you will provide comprehensive supportto HSC executives and administrators, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operationswhile also contributing to strategic initiatives and special projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating complex travelarrangements• Assisting in the preparation of annual and mid-year budget reviews
• Managing office purchases andtracking expenses• Scheduling executive calendars, retreats, workshops, and events
• Serving as BuildingCoordinator for the Health Sciences &Services Building (HSSB), managingmaintenance communications, AED weekly/monthly monitoring and overseeinginventory
• Reserving and coordinatinguse of conference rooms and complex schedules for parking reservations
• Preparing and editingsensitive or confidential correspondence and reports
• Processing payroll formultiple departments• Researching and interpreting university, state, andfederal policies
• Writing and updating StandardOperating Procedures (SOPs)
• Managing daily officeoperations and supporting special initiatives
• Facilitating meetings andcoordinating logistics for internal and external events
• Compiling and analyzing data,generating internal reports and supporting leadership communications
• Assisting in the preparationof high-quality departmental presentations using advanced Microsoft PowerPointskills

Conditions of Employment
  • Employees who provide services or work in patient care or clinical areas are required to be in compliance with the University's influenza vaccination requirement.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
