| Position Summary | This is a temporary, remote position with the AdministrativeHearing Office: July 13, 2026 - October14, 2026. The Administrative Coordinator manages the end-to-endlifecycle of administrative hearings, including but not limited to, case intake, communicating withparticipants, scheduling proceedings, sending required notices and information,and attending the proceedings to manage the Zoom platform. The Administrative Coordinator works closely with the Administrative Hearing Officer ensuring alignment in schedules and proper distribution of information. This roleis responsible for coordinating multiple hearings simultaneously that mustadhere to procedural timelines. The AdministrativeCoordinator may encounter hearing participants that are navigating emotionallycomplex situations and/or have experienced traumatic situations. It is important that this role exhibitprofessionalism and provide support while maintaining appropriate boundaries. The ideal candidate will exercise discretion and maintainthe highest standards of confidentiality, thrives in a detail-orientedenvironment, and can demonstrate high-level flexibility in managing a fluidhearing docket. |

| Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
