This position plays a key role in ensuring the effective day-to-day functioning of the HR Division by supervising administrative staff, coordinating administrative and project support, and directly providing executive and operational assistance. The Administrative Officer works independently under broad direction and partners closely with HR leadership to support divisional priorities, initiatives, and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Officer provides hands-on administrative leadership for the Human Resources Division, ensuring that the Vice President’s Office and divisional administrative functions operate effectively, consistently, and in alignment with established priorities.

The Administrative Officer also leads the planning and coordination of divisional meetings, events, and engagement activities, managing logistics, materials, communications, and documentation. In addition, the position serves as a key administrative liaison, supporting divisional communications, personnel processes, records management, and coordination with campus partners to meet operational needs.
