Position Summary | The Admissions Representative/Data Entry position will provide critical support to the College of Education’s Center for Student Success in its work completing undergraduate admissions processes. This position will follow established parameters and protocols to review, verify, and assess applications and support documents in accordance with college and program guidelines. The position will be responsible to take necessary steps to follow-up on missing or deficient information; relay and discuss status of applications; review applications and transcripts with respect to current eligibility of applicants, applications, transcripts, records and evaluations; and, initiate, code, review and process applications. Additionally, the position will create and maintain manual and computerized records; establish and maintain logs, filing, and record keeping systems and ensure that all records are complete, accurate and up-to-date. |

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
