The Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico invites applications for a probationary tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Department of Finance, International, Technology Management and Entrepreneurship. The appointment begins no later than August2020 subject to budgetary approval. The successful candidates will be responsible for teaching courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels in Management of Technology, Project Management and Technology Entrepreneurship depending on primary field of study. The successful candidate will lead the UNM Anderson School of Management Business Plan Competition.
The Anderson School is AACSB accredited. Its management programs enroll approximately 1000 undergraduate students and 500 graduate students. The School and the Department emphasizes experiential learning, collaborative student interaction, active adult learning, team experiences, and scholarship that draws upon a variety of methodologies and subject areas. The Management of Technology, Project Management, and Technology Entrepreneurship programs which includes a nationally rankled program with an emphasis on hands on education. Applicants who are appointed to a UNM faculty position are required to provide an official certification of successful completion of all degree requirements prior to their initial employment with UNM.
