Position Summary

University of New Mexico Athletics Women’s Basketball seeks an Athletic Media Specialist to to oversee the filming, organizing, and distribution of all Women's Basketball practice, game, and workout footage.

Duties and responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in all scouting and technological needs of the Head Coach and coaching staff.
  • Acquiring and breaking down game film for Women’s Basketball scouting and preparation purposes.

The successful candidate will possess an understanding of software and technologies specific to Women’s Basketball.

  • Compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations is required in this position.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with DVSport and Hudl

· Familiarity with NCAA film exchange rules and regulations.

· Videoing football games and practices with Division 1 Women's Basketball Program
