We invite you to join our team as a Construction Cost Estimator. Reporting to our Group Manager, this position is responsible for preparing estimates for multiple construction projects with varied scopes, by analyzing costs, materials, labor, bid documentation and specifications associated with each project. This position will also will assist in the coordination of project implementation as a member of various project teams. The successful candidate will:
|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree from an accredited institution in construction management or related field may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.
