Position SummarySupports and coordinates the day-to-day procedural and administrative activities of a medical clinic operation. Schedules and coordinates patient and/or attending appointments and examinations, collects and maintains medical data and records, coordinates acquisition and disposition of inventories and facilities, maintains fiscal/administrative controls and documentation, and secretarial support for the clinic. Administrative support for Faculty to include calendaring, travel arrangements, reimbursements, etc.

Conditions of Employment
  • Clinic-Specific Certification may be a requirement in some specific positions.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer, pre-employment physical examination and medical history check.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
