Position Summary

The Department of Radiology is seeking a highly-organized multi-tasker to fill an On-Call Education Support Coordinator to help develop and move existing course content over to a different educational platform-Moodle. They will create education modules that outline American Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) content specifications that are required for post primary verification in Computed Tomography and or Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Three courses need to be redesigned and moved to different on-line education delivery platform.

Qualified candidate would work approximately 10 hours per week for one semester, Project could continue.

Duties will include:

  • Redesign assigned courses
  • Move to on-line education platform
  • Review and design relevant assignments that demonstrate learning outcomes.
  • Provide assessment tools to determine content proficiency.

Conditions of Employment
Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferences:

  • Documented expertise in Computer Tomography and/or Magnetic resonance imaging.
  • Radiologic Sciences Technologist Certification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe, and LEARN and /or Blackboard.
  • On-line learning/platform experience.
  • Experience in Course development.
