The Department of Anthropology is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Coordinator of Education Support, Grade 9. We seek an individual who is efficient, friendly, flexible, and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills, as well as a strong skill set and work ethic.
The position will provide instructional support in the following ways: Scheduling of classes and curriculum and associated functions such as book orders; UNM Catalog editing using UNM Workflow; coordinating Audio/Visual resources including quotes, installation, repair; Property Accounting; Facilities work orders and maintenance; and assisting department administration with various tasks related to instruction. The successful candidate must also have the ability to be trained in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (which includes calendaring) as well as other UNM systems including Banner, FAMIS, and others; and the ability to understand and enforce UNM Policies and Procedures and serve as a Campus Security Authority as outlined by the Clery Act.
|Conditions of Employment|
High School diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
