Position SummaryThe Office of the Registrar is looking for a Coordinator of Registration who will manage student records, including transcripts for all types and certifications administer day-to-day registration policies and procedures and resolve student registration issues and/or discrepancies. This position involves interactions with faculty, staff, and students and requires strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills. The ability to multi-task and pay attention to details is essential.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

(1) Knowledge of Record and Registration standards

(2) Knowledge of computerized student information systems(such as Banner)

(3) Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures

Additional RequirementsOfficial transcripts, High school diploma, or GED certificate will be required for hire. Please see minimum qualifications for specifics.
