PLEASE NOTE: This position is for the Gallup Branch, located in Gallup, NM, approximately 130 miles west of Albuquerque, NM.
The University of New Mexico Gallup Branch, Physical Plant & Facilities Department, is seeking applications for a Custodian. The position will maintain the cleanliness of the UNM Gallup campus facilities, promote workplace safety and environmental practices, and ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies, secure facilities at the end of day, secure gates and doors, turn off lights, alarm buildings, assist the Lead Custodian with all facilities maintenance.
In addition, this position is subject to shift work, which may require evenings and nights, weekends and holidays.
|Conditions of Employment|
Less than high school; no previous experience required.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
