Position Summary | UNM Golf Courses is seeking detail-oriented individuals with prior customer service experience to join the team as a Customer Service Associate (CSAs). UNM Golf Courses is comprised of an 18-hole Championship Course just south of UNM's campus and a 9-hole North Course located just north of UNM Hospital. The UNM Golf Courses are open 363 days a year to the public, from sunrise to sunset. CSAs ensure sales for green fees, cart fees, range balls, memberships and merchandise are processed correctly, and that reservation information is collected accurately. CSAs not only process cash register transactions, but also assist in selling Pro Shop merchandise and answering customer questions. CSAs restock shelves, implement stock control and security procedures, and maintain appropriate inventory records. The ideal candidate must be available to work 2 - 3 days per week. Candidates also must be able to work holidays and weekends, and/or split shifts as needed. UNM Golf Courses are open 7 days a week and are open from sunup to sundown. UNM Golf Courses are only closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and inclement weather days. |

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
