Position Summary | Harwood Museum Store Customer Service Associate The Harwood Museum of Art of the University of New Mexico in Taos is seeking part-time on-call Customer Service Associates to support the Museum Store and Visitor Services. Under supervision of Store & Visitor Services Manager, processes sales and transactions and assists customers with purchases, orders, and/or deliveries. Implements stock control and security procedures, performs routine cash and/or administrative customer transactions, and maintains appropriate records. Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about processes, products, exhibitions, or services; handle and resolve complaints; or refer complex matters to professional or managerial staff. Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |

Additional Requirements | Position requires flexibility to work lunches, evenings, weekends and/or holidays as necessary. Proof of vaccination is required. Official transcripts, high school diploma or GED certificate will be required for hire. Please see minimum qualifications for specifics. |
