The University of New Mexico’s (UNM) Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) seeks a Data Analyst to join our vibrant, committed team of professionals who support the built environment at UNM. The Data Analyst will be responsible for overseeing our TMA information management system which includes reviewing the quality of data collection to validate accuracy and legitimacy of data, generating departmental and ad hoc reports, performing data analysis, and providing technical guidance in supporting users in the daily use of data systems.
UNM’s PDC provides seamless delivery of professional support services to internal clients using best practices in capital project planning, development, and construction.

This position will be critical in the development and implementation of improved data management strategies and systems for PDC. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate creative problem solving skills, will take initiative to improve processes, and have the ability to troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications.

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
