|Working Title||Data Analyst|
The UNM Early Childhood Services Center, Database Services team is seeking a Data Analyst to support the six database projects funded within our department. We provide support to and work in the following database systems: Home Visiting, Infant Mental Health, Resource and Referral, New Mexico PreK, the New Mexico Early Learning System (NMELS), and the New Mexico Tiered Quality Rating and Improvement System (NMTQRIS).
Duties of the Data Analyst include, but are not limited to, the following:
The successful candidate must have strong communication and networking skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, must meet contract deliverables, provide professional training experiences to database users of varying skill levels, and must understand all aspects of the data workflow cycle (data review, cleanup, and reporting). Computer skills are essential with documented skills in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. This position participates in high-level meetings which may include planning, writing, project planning, and writing of professional reports.
|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
Strong communication and networking skills
Documented skills in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
