The UNM Office of Admissions is seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual who works effectively and independently in a multi-task environment. The Enrollment Services Representative provides daily support to a variety of admissions operation processes. The successful candidate will scan documents, processes incoming and out-going mail, enter data for various student documents into the student database and supporting software, and provide support for various administrative needs. This person will provide routine advice, guidance and assistance to departments, staff, and to prospective and current students regarding admission/transfer, or records and registration policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have strong data entry experience, possess organizational skills, have the ability to work as a member of a team, and be detail-oriented.
|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
|Additional Requirements||1) Work in an open office in close proximity to others with little privacy. 2) Overtime is required during busy times of the year.3) Annual Leave black-out periods.4) Official transcripts, High school diploma, or GED certificate will be required for hire.
