Position Summary | It is critical thatthe documents coming into the Office of the Registrar are handled in a timelymanner. The documents received by the departmentare time sensitive from a transcript request to the student’s request dealingwith grades or adding or dropping a course. This position ensures documentsmeet the student needs and the department’s expectations. This position worksclosely with the Coord. Registration staff to ensure documents are preparedcorrectly for delivery. In addition, this position will be preparingtranscripts and sending them out to students. |

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
