Position Summary | The UNM Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences is seeking an experienced Faculty Services Rep, a team player demonstrating a keen eye for detail, who is very organized and personable. The Faculty Service Rep isresponsible for administering, developing, and managing programs that supportfaculty endeavors within the Department of Psychiatry & BehavioralSciences. Responsibilities include faculty hiring, contracting, promotion andtenure, leave and retirement, as well as handling sensitive inquiries and humanresource functions. They will administer all aspectsof faculty recruitment, onboarding, orientation, contract processing, credentialing,evaluations, and the generation of new and revised contracts. Position willprovide advice and guidance to faculty and administrative staff on a wide rangeof faculty hiring and faculty HR matters.

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 6 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
