|Working Title||Fiscal Services Tech (UNMTemps)|
The UNM Bookstore is seeking a temporary Fiscal Services Tech to perform daily reconciliation and resolution of errors for the various tender types accepted at the Bookstore. Tender ranges from - Student Bursar accounts, third-party billing, department charge, credit card, ePayment, cash and check for in-store to online purchases.
A successful candidate will:
· Ensure compliance for taxable sales.
· Transmit billing to appropriate UNM fiscal departments
· Prepares and enters daily journal entry into Banner.
· May assist with other business division operations as needed.
Days & Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with an hour lunch
Anticipated Start Date: 11/6/19
Projected End Date: 2/5/2020
Parking Arrangements: Responsibility of the selected employee
UNMTemps provides staffing solutions to UNM departments requesting temporary employees as positions become available due to a vacancy, when regular employees are absent, for peak work periods, and for special events. As such, UNMTemps assignments/positions may end with little or no advance notice.
|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
