Position Summary | The University of New Mexico’sDivision of Human Resources is seeking an HR Analyst for the Benefits &Employee Wellness department to administer leave and disability benefits for UNMemployees. The HR Analyst provides centralized administration of Family andMedical Leave, as well as short-term and long-term disability processing, and coordinatesother leave benefits offered by UNM. This position includes responding toemployee requests and addressing inquiries from employees, managers, andsupervisors while utilizing UNM systems to track leave requests and usage. Theideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, work effectivelyin a fast-paced environment, easily adapt to shifting priorities, and be eagerto pursue new learning opportunities. Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
