|Working Title||IT Support Tech 2|
The University of New Mexico Information Technologies seeks an IT Support Tech 2 for UNM Gallup IT to play an integral role in the IT support operations of the UNM Gallup campus.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft and/or Mac OS software and services along with experience support common software products like the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Cloud. A combination of strong technical, communication and organizations; along with problem solving and strong customer service skills are essential.
|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Higher education and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year for year basis.
