Position Summary

The Anderson School of Management Executive and Professional Education Center (EPEC) is seeking a knowledgeable, detail oriented Marketing Representative to join our dynamic and highly collaborative team. EPEC is dedicated to developing business leaders who will thrive in a competitive global environment. In order to achieve EPEC's objectives and goals, the Marketing Representative must be a talented go-getter and able to take initiative and have a passion and ability for marketing copy and design. The ideal candidate will demonstrate their accountability in the development, administration and daily operations of multiple marketing initiatives, including marketing campaign planning and execution in digital and print media designed to achieve the overall mission, goals and objectives of EPEC.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as the ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

In the scope of EPEC's mission, the duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Representative are as follows:

Works collaboratively as a team member to support all of EPEC's programs, including the Executive MBA, MBA in Education Leadership, Career and Professional Development programs, and custom training, to plan, coordinate and implement marketing initiatives that promote the activities, events and special projects designed to achieve the overall mission, goals and objectives of the program (as listed above).

Assists in the development of marketing and advertising campaigns

Executes the marketing plan

Writes original copy to voice and brand for EPEC websites, email blasts, brochures, print ads, blogs, and social media

Curates and Maintains social media and blog content

Responsible for updating EPEC websites

Works with Graphic Artist to develop brochures and develop elements of campaign designs

Designs graphic art for flyers, websites, and print ads

Performs marketing research to identify targeted audiences for distribution of promotional information

Maintains professional relationships and works cooperatively with employees, the community and other professionals

Provides and/or coordinates the provision of technical guidance, consultation, and related support to staff, students, faculty and instructors, and various other team members.

Provides problem solving as necessary.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Conditions of Employment
  • If this position is assigned to the Athletics Department, either administratively or functionally, compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations is required.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

· Ability to relay information in a timely manner to all relevant stakeholders

· Proficiency with Java Script, Cascading Style Sheets, HTML5, SEO

· Proficiency with Photoshop and standard industry software social media, email and survey software and programs
