  • Coordinating visiting medical student rotations, including review of applications, communication with students and the School of Medicine, orientation, and coordination of grading with students’ home institutions.
  • Extensive scheduling of clinical and didactic activities.
  • Collecting evaluations and preparing grade reports.
  • Maintaining curriculum information in One45 and Brightspace web-based software.
  • Providing support to faculty preceptors and lecturers.
  • Providing support to and cross-training with other members of the Office of Education team, including the Pediatrics Residency program.

  • Performing a variety of general administrative tasks, such as filing, preparation of reports, and correspondence.
