The Division of Infectious Diseases, within the Department of internal Medicine, is seeking a replacement for the Medical Education Program Assistant. The Division of Infectious Diseases is an academically oriented division dedicated to excellence in education, patient care and research in Infectious Diseases. The Division of Infectious Diseases trains fellows, residents, and medical students in the area of adult ID. This person will serve as the educational liaison/coordinator for the educational program within the Division of Infectious Diseases and function as admin support for faculty members in the division.
Duties will include working with and coordinating an educational training program, interacting with faculty and fellows. Experience with scheduling and organizing educational training would be helpful. Experience with on-call and clinic schedules; Banner and MyReports; and time keeper experience for Faculty and Fellows. Program Assistant will work directly with Program Director and Associate Program Director to develop innovative practices to improve the fellowship program.

|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
