The UNM Center for Development and Disability is seeking a Manager of Clinical Therapy Programs to oversee the operations of two programs, the UNM HATCH and the Milagro Clinical Services Programs, and to coordinate the training initiatives within the Specialized Early Childhood Services Unit of the Early Childhood Home and Family Services (ECHFS) Division.
The UNM HATCH (Helping All To Come Home), is a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) to home program that provides home visiting services to families with newborns in the NICU. In coordination with the Associate Division Director, this position will be responsible for developing and monitoring budgets of both programs, which currently includes a budget of $800,000 in the HATCH program and $80,000 in the Milagro Clinical Services programs. This position will also be responsible for completing required reports to funding agencies based on contractual obligations for each program. Additionally, this position will represent each program at UNM and at state-related meetings to coordinate services within the state, enhance existing services, build capacity, and support program development initiatives. With regards to training, this position will oversee the training initiatives within the Early Childhood Specialized Services Unit in coordination with the Associate Division Director, specifically around topics related to the implementation of the FAN Model and the care of high risk infants and their parents. Furthermore, the position will provide direct clinical care within the HATCH and Milagro Clinical Services Programs.
