|Working Title||Multimedia Devt Specialist|
The Media and Collaborative Apps team, part of IT Academic Technologies, performs a wide range of technical, support, production, development, and training tasks. We are seeking an energetic and organized Multimedia Development Specialist to act as lead web and graphic designer for Academic Technologies as well as provide project management oversight and creative direction for our photography and video production services.
The successful applicant will possess:
· A strong aesthetic and creative sensibility;
· Technical proficiency with audio and video production equipment and development tools such as microphones, cameras, lighting, audio and video switchers and mixers, and editing and publishing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Creative Cloud;
· Communication skills and situational awareness to facilitate effective and positive interactions with diverse audiences in a broad range of circumstances and environments;
· The ability to establish priorities, provide leadership to a creative team, and meet deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects.
|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 6 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
· At least 5 years professional multimedia development and web design experience in a higher education environment.
