Open Rank of Internal Medicine in Gastroenterology - req# 19748

The University of New Mexico, Health Sciences Center,Department of Internal Medicine, seeks multiple faculty members to join theDivision of Gastroenterology & Hepatology. This position is for an open rankClinician Educator General Gastroenterologist, Gastroenterologist specializedin Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Hepatologist. Salary and rank will becommensurate with experience and education.

These positions may be subject to a criminal records screening inaccordance with New Mexico law.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be board certified in Internal Medicine;
• Board certified/board eligible in Gastroenterology by date of hire; and
• Must be eligible to work in US.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience/interest in clinical service;
• Experience/interest in education;
• Experience/interest in research;
• Available to travel to outreach clinics throughout New Mexico;
• A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities.
