Position Summary

The successfulincumbent must meet the listed minimum requirements and provide a currentcurriculum vitae at the time of application and a demonstrated commitment todiversity, equity, inclusion and student success, as well as working withbroadly diverse communities.  Thisposition offers a competitive compensation (salary commensurate withexperience) and benefits package to include health, professional liability anddisability insurance, relocation support, retirement plan, and CME support.
Qualifications

MinimumQualifications:

  • Eligible towork in the United States
  • M.D. or D.O.degree or equivalent
  • Board certifiedor eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
  •  Eligible formedical licensure in NM, State of New Mexico Board of Pharmacy certification,and federal DEA registration

PreferredQualifications:

  • Experienceteaching students and residents
  • Clinical skillsand scholarly activity
  • Experienceworking within a managed care environment
  • Experienceworking in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Experience orinterest in research activity and career development
  • A demonstratedcommitment to cultivate an understanding of the rich and varied cultures of NewMexico and to the success of the university's mission to serve local and globalcommunities
