The Department of Dental Medicine is looking for anOperations Manager to lead and manage our large multifaceted operations team.This person will manage a large staff of varied job positions, levels, andskills requiring strong organizational skills as well as analytical and problemsolving skills. A positive outlook and the ability to motivate staff duringpeak processing times while still meeting tight turnaround processing deadlinesis vital to the success of department. The Operations Manager often interactswith faculty, staff, and students making strong verbal and writtencommunication skills essential for success in this position.
Primary responsibilities are focused on one or more broadlydefined core functional areas, such as faculty and staff human resourcesmanagement, specialized administrative/financial management, businessdevelopment and management, or academic/student support services. Participates in the development of, and oversees implementation and

High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of experience managing at least one of the following functional areas: fiscal services, administration and/or human resources AND 3 years of additional experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
