Paralegal - req# 6589
At the direction of the Custodian of Public Records, the paralegal will compile, review and organize records concerning the UNM Health Sciences Center pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA). The paralegal will assist with the daily management of the online public records portal and will work closely with UNM legal counsel, HSC faculty, staff and administrators in responding to IPRA requests.

|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
