Position Summary | Under the close mentorship of professional staff, the University of New Mexico Information Technologies (IT) is seeking a motivated, team-oriented, individual to join the IT Business Operations team as a Professional Intern. This position will provide entry level professional services to include support of day to day operating activities, administrative support, human resources transaction processing, basic accounting functions, budgeting, procurement and accounts payable activities, inventory management, and completion of assigned projects. This individual will also be involved in the development and implementation of internal processes and procedures and will providing daily business operations support to IT Software Distribution. This is a fixed-term position that is restricted to graduates of accredited university Bachelor’s or Masters programs who have obtained their degrees no earlier than 24 months prior to the date of hire. This position requires Remote Work |
