Position Summary

Manages and executes administrative, project, and executive support activities associated with the University of New Mexico’s IDeA State Pediatric Clinical Trial Network (ISPCTN). Reporting directly to the directors of the ISPCTN, and supporting the ISPCTN activities, serves as principle point of administrative contact and liaison with internal and external constituencies including pediatric department. Provides specialist administrative services as appropriate in such areas as fiscal management and regulatory compliance; public/community relations; faculty professional development activities; and/or development and relations, depending upon the functional area supported. Will provide financial and administrative support for faculty mentees of ISPCTN, and be the point-of-contact for scholar grant activities.

  • If this position is assigned to the Athletics Department, either administratively or functionally, compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations is required.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
