The New Mexico Bioscience Authority (NMBSA) is seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, problem-solving Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team. This person will manage and execute administrative, project, and executive support activities for the NMBSA. Reporting directly to the Strategic Support Manager of the NMBSA, and supporting the NMBSA board of directors, serves as the principle point of administrative contact and liaison with internal and external constituencies. Provides specialist administrative services as appropriate in such areas as fiscal management; public/community relations general business administration; and/or development and relations.
TERM APPOINTMENT; FUNDING AVAILABLE THROUGH 06/30/2020; CONTINUANCE BEYOND THAT DATE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF ADDITIONAL FUNDING.
|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 6 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
