|Position Summary||The IT Applications Team is seeking candidates to fill a Programmer Analyst 2 position. The position will be responsible for the development of integrations for our administrative applications and implementation of Commercial Off-the-Shelf Products. This position is also responsible for escalated support of key administrative applications, including Banner. The successful completion of this work includes working with administrative offices, students, and faculty to resolve issues, analyze requirements, implement solutions according to specifications, build and deploy enhancements, monitor the health of the applications as they move into production, and respond to and resolve incidents as they occur.|
We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys technical challenges, learns quickly, is a team player, and possesses strong written, organizational, and customer service skills. Must be customer-focused, have the ability to work on multiple projects at once, and have proven experience in supporting applications and business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience performing application development and support activities in multiple environments and technologies. Our current ERP is built in an Oracle and PL/SQL environment.

Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of progressively responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Higher education and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year for year basis.
