The Division of Translational Informatics, within the Department of Internal Medicine, is seeking to hire a term Programmer Analyst 3. Incumbent will provided specialized, professional level support in areas of advanced complexity such as system analysis and design techniques to produce innovative solutions addressing complex business objectives. Gathers information, defines work requirements and plans and implements projects. Writes, tests, and troubleshoots code of advanced complexity. Serves as the primary technical resource for implementing and maintaining applications. Provides technical leadership on implementation and operational support activities. May supervise or provide functional direction to assigned staff and/or student employees.
The Department of Internal Medicine is a large, progressive department with a diverse staff working in dedicated teams to provide quality work in an organized, effective and efficient manner through innovation, training, and education. Bachelor's degree; at least 2 years of progressively responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Higher education and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year for year basis.
