| Position Summary | The College of Arts & Sciences (A&S) seeks a highly motivated individual to provide comprehensive research administration, program management, and faculty research support services to A&S researchers. This will be a new hybrid position which will combine traditional Faculty Research Support Officer (FRSO) responsibilities with post award program management services to strengthen grant competitiveness, reduce administrative burden, and advance the strategic research priorities of the College. This position will work closely with the College FRSOs, faculty investigators, A&S leadership, the Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP), and other central research units to provide high-quality, policy-compliant, and responsive services. This position plays a key role in building research capacity, fostering collaboration, and supporting sustainable growth in external funding. Key Responsibilities

| Minimum Qualifications | Successful completion of at least 60 college-level credit hours; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
