|Position Summary||Under direct supervision, uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular field of specialization to perform routine scientific research tasks requiring application of established techniques, procedures, and criteria.|
|Conditions of Employment|
Bachelor's degree; no previous experience required.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferredmajor/minor in Criminology, Sociology, or Political Science.
Previous experience as a Research Scientist 1and/or Research Assistant is required.
Previous experience using SPSS is preferred.
