|Working Title||Special Events Worker (UNMTemps)|
|Position Summary||The Special Events Worker for STEM-H Center will provide event support and set-up for the Central NM STEM Research Challenge and duties will include, though not limited to: helping with event set up (tables, chairs, signs, etc.), preparing registration materials, directing and assisting attendees as they arrive for various activities, supervising students while on event premises, assisting staff with scoring and other logistical tasks for the duration of the event, and other duties as assigned.|
|Conditions of Employment|
Less than high school; no previous experience required.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Flexible schedule - must be available to work assigned times for the duration of the assignment including evenings and weekends. Work times may vary depending on the needs for each day. Able to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
