This key role handles a high volume of inbound calls and live chats,providing accurate and professional support across areas such as Admissions,Financial Aid, Scholarships, and Registration. The associate effectivelytriages first-level inquiries, ensuring timely and respectful service. Successin this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, anda commitment to student-centered support. Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
