| Position Summary | The HearingOffice is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the Strategic Support Manager, a role that coordinates the administration of hearing processes,ensuring compliance with federal guidelines (e.g., Title IX, EEO, OCR standards)and university policy; leads the implementation of hearing policies, procedures,and compliance initiatives; and coordinatesinformation systems, case management databases, and required reports to ensureaccuracy, integrity, and compliance. The StrategicSupport Manager maintains an organizational structure and staffing thateffectively supports the Hearing Office’s mission and objectives; overseesrecruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of Administrative Advisorsand support staff. The StrategicSupport Manager serves as the principal liaison betweenthe Hearing Office, the Office of CEEO, and other university offices under the“One Process, Two Offices” framework and facilitates collaborative planning tostrengthen institutional compliance efforts and strategic initiatives. This position reports directly to the AdministrativeHearing Officer. |
